Tigarus' founder Patrick Spencer has been providing computer services on-and-off in the Yukon since 1998 as a certified I.T. professional. Patrick has been providing the services from home while he takes care of his disabled father. Now almost 40 years old, the property is up for sale. The computer industry has always been lacklustre in the North and now has become unaffordable. Plus competition with government funded not-for-profits. There is just no way to break-even says Patrick.

Tier 1
Attempt to find and repair the operating system from damages.
Repair a corrupt user account.
Does not affect the operating system setting, programs or user data unless damaged.
*Fees apply to each user account repaired.
Tier 2
Repair corrupt or damaged operating systems.
The operating system is erased and started over, all user accounts and their data are backed up and restored.
Includes installation of software essentials, users will have to re-install their own personal software as software cannot be backed up.
Diagnostic
Attempt diagnostic of the operating system.
Find damages or corruption, determine the scope of the damage.
Multiple Boot

Stacked operating system services may apply and several days of service depending on complexity. Applies if your system has more than one host operating system installed.
OS Restoration
Clean and fresh installation of the operating system to repair all damages.
Restore the computer to a precious state from a rescue disk if applicable.
Keep all your files and documents.
OS Vitals
Attempt to repair the operating system’s vital systems.
User Profile Restoration
Backup and restore a user’s profile with a clean system profile to repair all profile damages.
Data Backup
Backup and restore of all required data. Includes drivers, user data, documents, etc.
Software Services
Installation of operating system essentials such as frameworks and user experience software such as Adobe PDF Reader.
Security updates and configuration ensures your computer can operate without the use of extra protection such as an Anti-Virus.
Removal and cleanup of obsolete or junk software from restore disks.
Documentation
A documented service report of all services provided, test results, changes, etc in an easy to read printed or PDF document.
Standard documentation includes all essential service documents: Computer Admissions Form, Invoice, Computer Information, Service Report Summary, Time Sheet with Service Documentation.
