There are no plans to continue the computer services due to increased equipment costs and the lack of public interest.

Tigarus' founder Patrick Spencer has been providing computer services on-and-off in the Yukon since 1998 as a certified I.T. professional. Patrick has been providing the services from home while he takes care of his disabled father. Now almost 40 years old, the property is up for sale. The computer industry has always been lacklustre in the North and now has become unaffordable. Plus competition with government funded not-for-profits. There is just no way to break-even says Patrick.

Soft Services
Big bundle services includes maintenance, standard hardware testing, and all your essentials.

Tier 2 includes Virus removal, deep cleaning of junk, and system optimization.
Hardware Services
Hardware testing and labor for parts.

Tier 1 includes labor for 1 (IN) 1 (OUT) serviceable parts. Not available for Apple.

Tier 2 includes labor for 2 (IN) 2 (OUT) serviceable parts. Includes extra parts assembly, storage management, and basic storage cloning.

Tier 3 Unlimited number of parts serviceable. Includes extra parts assembly, storage management, basic storage cloning, and deep computer assembly.
Computer Assembly

Refits, full upgrades, or a new computer. Includes assembly with operating system, setup, and hardware testing.

Tier 1 for refits and full upgrades.

Tier 2 for new computers, includes optional rescue partition.
External Storage Assembly
Assembly, formatting, and testing of an external storage unit.

Tier 1 assembly of a single drive enclosure.

Tier 2 assembly of a multiple drive enclosure with optional RAID.
Software Services
Installation, removal, and configuration of user requested software.

Tier 1 installation of user essentials, removal of user software, and some junk.

Tier 2 installation of user requested software with configuration. Migration to different software clients. Removal of complex software such as an anti-virus. Aggressive removal of junk software.
Operating System Repair
Repair or restoration of an exiting operating system that is damaged.

Tier 1 Repair of a single user’s profile and system files.

Tier 2 Backup and restoration of the operating system from heavy damage or corruption.
Operating System Installation
Upgrade or fresh clean installation of an operating system. Includes setup and essential software.

Tier 1 upgrade to a newer version.

Tier 2 fresh clean installation. Includes backup of user data up to 10 profiles, and basic partition management.

Tier 3 includes full partition management and optional rescue partition.
Operating System Removal
Removal of an operating system.

Tier 1 Removal or a single physical or virtual operating system, includes formatting.

Tier 2 Removal or a single physical or virtual operating system from a multiple boot system, includes partition management.
