Data Recovery Terms of Services

Data Recovery, is the process of finding and rebuilding hidden data. Computers generally do not delete or erase data, instead the data map is removed from the storage file indexing table. The data remains in storage till it is replaced.

Important! If you require Data Recovery services, discontinue all use of your computer or device; continuous usage may destroy or damage lost files.

Terms of Service, Data Recovery is a no guarantee service; no promises will be made for these services.

Results will vary depending on your recovery needs. We cannot guarantee that the files you require will be recovered, retains the original file names or if the files are still useable.

Recovered files will not be inspected for it’s contents, damages or usability.

Documentation, analytic and reports, may not be provided nor applicable for these services, the accuracy of analysis reports cannot be guaranteed.

Customer(s) agree to pay all fees, even if no results have been made.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, customers’ will have a one week opportunity to claim free File Repair/Recovery services for select serviceable file formats. This guarantee is valid for an unlimited amount of files recovered with your Data Recovery service.

Policies, all storage devices are given an inspection and are analyzed to determine if the device is serviceable. No charges or attempt for Data Recovery will be made if the storage device is not serviceable by us.

Privacy, no files will be viewed or inspected. All data recovered will be securely erased from our systems immediately after customer(s) retrieval.

Class 1: Removable Media – Optical Media

Optical Media Recovery for CDs, DVDs, etc have a similar process to file repair. Unrecoverable data will be automatically patched with file repair methods. In this case the missing data is patched to make the original file accessible, the file may have missing data or be filled with dummy data in the damaged areas of the file.

Class 3: Storage Drive Recovery Terms

Class 3 can take over one year to preform and can have the lowest chance of recovery depending on the drives damage. The maximum time we will commit is 30 days. We will notify customer(s) about estimated costs and discuss your options.

Agreement, customer(s) have been briefed about our Data Recovery service(s) and its limitations. Customer(s) accept all risks of failure to provide satisfactory results and to pay all chargeable service fees even if no data has been recovered. Customer(s) agree to the terms in this document through Admissions Terms of Services.
